Our service department has a 24-hour duty throughout the year in order to provide for the continuous operation and necessary fault clearance of the systems installed by the company.

We undertake several years of guarantee for systems installed by our company and also guarantee the supply of necessary fittings for at least 10 years. Maintenance of the systems is done on a half-yearly basis, however, it can be done quarter yearly too, upon request.

The immediate fault clearance and under guarantee, flat-rate-fee maintenance of installed security systems is done by our highly qualified service technicians.

Our service department starts the correction, according to contracted terms, within 3 hours in Budapest and within 6 hours from the report of fault elsewhere in Hungary. For our VIP clients we provide a 2hour travel period within Budapest, and 5 hours in other parts of the country. The terms of on-site presence outside Hungary are to be negotiated according to the requirements of the client.
